Help
Straight answers about signing up, fees, payouts and disputes.
Getting started
Another processor just declined me. Can I still sign up?
Yes. Luzapay is built for businesses that mainstream processors decline or freeze. You create your account online at app.luzapay.com/signup, with no setup fee and no sales call.
How do I connect Luzapay to my site?
Payment links for anything, a WooCommerce plugin, or our API for custom sites.
What kinds of business use Luzapay?
Trading-signal and finance-education sellers, digital goods, cross-border freelancers and agencies, supplements, and subscription apps. If your business is something else and you are not sure, email support and ask.
What can my buyers pay with?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and crypto including BTC, USDT and USDC. All of it runs through one checkout, and buyers paying by card do not need to own any crypto.
Fees
What does Luzapay cost?
3.9% on card payments and 2% on crypto payments. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee, so if you process nothing, you pay nothing.
Who pays the card processing fee?
Card payments carry a processing fee that's added at checkout and paid by the buyer, so your 3.9% comes off the sale price, not the fee. Crypto has no buyer fee.
Payouts
How do I get paid?
Request a payout any time; we send USDT or USDC to your wallet, usually within one business day. That applies whether the buyer paid by card or crypto.
Do I need a crypto wallet?
Yes. Payouts go to a wallet you control, so you need one that can receive USDT or USDC before you request a payout.
Reserves and disputes
Do you hold back a rolling reserve?
No. Luzapay does not keep a percentage of your sales in reserve.
What happens to me if a buyer files a chargeback?
Luzapay does not claw the money back from you. There are no chargeback deductions taken out of your payouts.
Can you freeze money I have already been paid?
No. Once a payout reaches your wallet, it is under your control. Luzapay cannot pull it back.
