Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you, the business using Luzapay, and [legal entity name], registered in [jurisdiction]. By creating an account you accept them.

You must give accurate information about yourself and your business and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login details safe.

You may only use Luzapay for lawful goods and services, and you must follow the laws that apply to your business and your buyers. We do not accept anything illegal where you or your customers are, sanctioned countries or persons, fraud or deceptive offers, adult content involving minors, selling age-restricted products to minors, weapons, or drugs. We may refuse or end service for activity that breaks this section.

Luzapay charges 3.9% on card payments and 2% on crypto payments. Card payments carry a processing fee that is added at checkout and paid by the buyer. Crypto has no buyer fee. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. We will give you [X] days' notice of any fee change.

You can request a payout at any time. We send USDT or USDC to the wallet address you provide, usually within one business day. You are responsible for that address being correct and for controlling the wallet. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed. [Payout minimums, if any, to be added.]

Luzapay does not hold a rolling reserve and does not claw back chargebacks from payouts or from your wallet. [Handling of buyer disputes and refunds to be added.]

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your sales and to the payouts you receive.

Luzapay is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to [amount or formula], and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
